About Kady
Kady Gundlach serves as the Global Ops Lead for Moves and Furniture on the Wells Fargo account at JLL, also known as Jones Lang LaSalle. In this role, she oversees operations to maintain efficiency, including processes, procedures, playbooks, training, controls, and data accuracy within the project management and facility management sides of commercial real estate. With approximately 11 years of experience in the industry, Gundlach has built her career through networking and mentorship, currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Colorado in Boulder to further her professional development in the Denver market. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she dedicates time to volunteering at a local dog rescue, walking and caring for rescue dogs.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Act and listen, take everything in from everywhere you can, be positive, don't let corporate frustration get you down, and turn it into a solution to help better the company.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You never know who you're gonna meet, always be a positive influence when meeting new people because you never know where they might show up back in your career. Build your career through networking and meeting people, staying connected, reaching out, and building relationships. Never turn down a conversation. Even if not content with current job, it's a stepping stone. Take it day by day and explore other opportunities.
