Kahley Jaeke-Berry
Kahley Jaeke-Berry is a dedicated Family Advocate and Psychiatric Case Manager at REFINE Psychiatry, where she supports families navigating the complexities of mental health care. With over six years of experience, she helps clients access psychiatric services, navigate insurance, and connect with providers and programs aligned with their treatment goals. She also advocates for students, ensuring access to appropriate accommodations through IEPs, 504 plans, and college resources.
She works at the intersection of clinical and holistic mental health, providing case management and advocacy while developing mental health curriculum and facilitating group therapy. Her work focuses on increasing access to care and addressing systemic barriers, particularly for underserved populations.
Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in the mind–body connection, helping clients better understand the root causes of their symptoms. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy with complementary approaches, and is currently training in equine therapy, Reiki, and sound healing to support individuals whose needs are not fully met by traditional models.
Kahley’s experience spans residential treatment, foster care, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum. She is skilled in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and collaborative care, working closely with psychiatrists, therapists, neuropsychologists, and hospitals to remove barriers, rebuild trust, and promote long-term stability and healing.
A graduate of Washington College with a degree in Counseling Psychology, she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. Passionate about mentorship and community impact, Kahley also volunteers with regional centers supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities and coaches a high school girls’ volleyball team, empowering young women to build confidence, resilience, and self-worth.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep awareness of what it means to be human and the resilience required to navigate life’s challenges, particularly as a woman. While the weight of these experiences can be significant, I am motivated by the gratitude and joy that emerge from hardship and growth. Witnessing individuals move through darkness to embrace their authenticity, reclaim their power, and rediscover their drive has been the most inspiring and fulfilling aspect of my work.
