Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success primarily to my family, especially my parents, who raised my siblings and me with strong values of respect, kindness, and treating others the way we want to be treated. Their guidance, along with my experience in sports, helped shape my discipline, character, and drive. My family remains my greatest source of motivation and support, and I would not be where I am today without them.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to listen more and talk less, especially in sales. While people often associate sales with persuasion and talking, I’ve learned that the real value comes from listening. When I pay close attention, people naturally share their needs and pain points, which helps me respond more effectively. In meetings, I tend to stay quiet and absorb information so I can use it to guide my approach moving forward.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be yourself and stay genuine. People ultimately want to work with and buy from those they trust and connect with, so building authentic relationships is key. When I first entered this field, it was predominantly male-dominated and felt intimidating at times, but I’ve learned that openness, confidence, and genuine connection make a meaningful difference and help you stand out.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are peace, happiness, and balance. I’m fortunate to work for a family-owned company that truly values its employees, and that support has had a positive impact on my overall well-being by allowing me to feel comfortable, respected, and authentic at work. I also place a high value on mental health and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. After seeing how constant overwork can affect people over time, I try to approach each day with gratitude, minimize stress, and focus on enjoying life as fully as possible.
