She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Delcath Systems, an interventional oncology company dedicated to advancing treatment options for patients with primary and metastatic liver cancers.
Throughout her career, Kaileigh has developed a strong specialization in the healthcare and life sciences industries, with particular expertise in recruiting highly skilled professionals across oncology, clinical operations, and other specialized medical disciplines. Surround yourself with people who inspire, challenge, and support you. Seek out mentors, build meaningful relationships, and remember to extend that same support to other women along the way.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Purpose is at the heart of everything I do. I believe it’s important to find meaning in your work and to know that what you do each day contributes to something greater than yourself. Having a sense of purpose is what motivates me to grow, overcome challenges, and make a positive impact on others.
Equally important to me is maintaining a healthy work-life balance. As a mother, I want to build a fulfilling career while also being present for my family. I believe success isn’t just measured by professional accomplishments, but by the ability to create a life that allows you to enjoy the things and people who matter most.
Lastly, I value having fun and building genuine relationships in the workplace. We spend a significant portion of our lives working, and I believe that laughter, positivity, and a supportive environment are essential to both personal fulfillment and professional success.
