Kait Kolarich

I am a business operations and project management professional with a diverse background spanning corporate operations, publishing, career coaching, and executive support, currently serving as Business Operations Manager at Crowe, a role I have held since January 2026, where I lead corporate communications and project management initiatives to drive operational excellence.

I have been with Crowe for over three and a half years, having previously served as Project Services Senior Associate for two years, where I focused on project coordination and delivery, and as Business Support Admin Senior Associate for over a year, where I built my foundation in business operations.

Alongside my corporate work, I am the Author and Founder of Rogue Kite Publishing, a micro-publishing house I established in July 2020, where I have successfully launched two global titles and maintained average unit sales growth of sixteen percent per month. I manage web design, production management, KPI tracking, contractor management for a team of over fifteen contractors and business partners, marketing, advertising, distribution, and branded content, and I am a ten-time international award-winning author.

I also serve as a Career Coach at LifeTime Guidance, a freelance role I have held since February 2022, where I provide tailored career mentoring, client resume renovation, interviewing skills assessment, and professional coaching. I previously served as Lead Educator at Aveda Institute Nashville, where I taught theory and clinical courses.

Earlier in my career, I served as Executive Assistant to the CEO at 3D Technology Group, LLC for nearly two years, where I provided executive gatekeeping and administrative partnership to C-level officers, managed corporate daily deliverable tracking, expense reimbursement audits, and contributed to a seventy-million-dollar-plus annualized revenue organization. I implemented enterprise policy writing, tool implementation, and new hire training for a staff of over one hundred and sixty, managed CRM system administration, and received the Employee Excellence Award within my first year of employment.
