Kaitlin Dunley

Kaitlin Dunley is a four-time entrepreneur and ICF-accredited coach based in Bend, Oregon. She holds a bachelor's degree from a college in Vermont, which she has not used professionally, and has dedicated eight years to studying how the subconscious mind works. In addition to managing her short-term rental properties, where she oversees guest satisfaction, cleaners, and vendors, Kaitlin focuses on growing her coaching business through courses, programs, and continuous education. Her typical day begins with meditation and journaling, followed by organizing emails, property check-ins, and business development, often ending with a walk alongside her partner and Bichon frise poodle mix. She values communication and transparency in her work, as well as freedom, purpose, and connection in her personal life. Kaitlin advises aspiring professionals, especially young women, to take action on their dreams rather than waiting to feel ready or over-researching, emphasizing that intuition and desire signal opportunities worth pursuing.
