Kaitlin Gili

Machine learning and quantum computing researcher with experience across academic research, quantum applications, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serves as a Machine Learning Postdoctoral Researcher at Tufts University, with previous internship roles in quantum machine learning at Xanadu, quantum applications at Zapata Computing, and quantum computing research at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Also co-founded and led Encouraging Women Across All Borders, a nonprofit supporting women and non-binary individuals across five countries, where responsibilities included fundraising, partnerships, program development, and strategic leadership.
