About Kaitlin
Kaitlin Jaskowski is a Customer Success Manager specializing in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing AI. With nearly a decade of experience in pharmaceuticals, she previously spent three years at Novo Nordisk in pricing and market access and worked at J&J before transitioning to a client-facing role at a startup almost a year ago. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island. Her expertise centers on account management and strategic planning to support client growth and expansion. She attributes her success to her genuine enjoyment of the work, the constant opportunity to meet new people and learn, and the evolving nature of the startup environment. Kaitlin values strong relationships and relationship management, both professionally and personally. In her field, she notes the challenge of building trust in AI platforms that automate high-risk manufacturing processes, while seeing significant opportunities as AI removes manual tasks and allows professionals to focus on more engaging work. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say that I just genuinely like what I do, and every single day, I meet a new person, or I learn something new, and, like, this industry I'm at a startup, so it's always evolving and changing, and I just really, really enjoy it, and I'm constantly learning, so I really like that aspect.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say stay up to date with, I guess, like, the news, you know, because it is constantly changing every single day. So really researching the industry and AI and pharmacy, pharmaceutical companies, just staying, like, in the know.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges: navigating that trust factor because our software automates some of the manufacturing for these companies, very high risk, so building that trust in our platform. Opportunities: AI is exploding right now, taking a lot of the manual work out of a lot of things so that people can change focus in their career and focus on more things that they would want to do.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being an account manager, I deal with a lot of people, so I'm really big on relationships and relationship management, so really creating a real good working relationship with everyone around me, and personal, and learning about their background and family and personal life is really great.
