Kaitlyn Campuzano, MBA
Kaitlyn Campuzano, MBA, is a dynamic finance and operations leader currently serving as Associate Director of Finance Operations at HelloFresh. With a strong track record in process improvement, cash flow optimization, and global finance operations, she has successfully built and led HelloFresh’s first Global Finance Shared Services team, driving efficiency, scalability, and compliance across multiple regions. Kaitlyn is recognized for spearheading cost-saving initiatives that have delivered millions in annualized savings, as well as implementing global system transformations that standardize processes and enhance organizational performance.
Before her current role, Kaitlyn held a variety of operational leadership positions, including Senior Manager of Finance Operations at HelloFresh, Regional Operations Manager at Gopuff, and Food and Nutrition Services Manager at Aramark Healthcare. Across these roles, she has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, operations optimization, crisis management, and team leadership, building high-performing teams while improving financial and operational outcomes.
Kaitlyn earned her MBA in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Temple University. She is passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and mentoring emerging professionals. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys exploring innovative solutions in food technology, staying informed on industry trends, and contributing to initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
