About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn Graham brings a decade of aviation industry experience to her current position in the regulatory issues management department of the Global Strategy and Regulatory Affairs team at The Boeing Company. She joined Boeing seven months ago after a progression of roles that began with an internship at Bell Helicopter in sales and marketing, where she delivered new aircraft globally. Graham continued her education at Oklahoma State University, earning a bachelor's degree in aviation management and professional piloting along with a master's degree in aviation management and a minor in commercial space. At American Airlines, she started as a data analyst in technical operations working with regulators such as the FAA, moved to the safety department where she led the pandemic response team during COVID-19, handled emergency response, and ultimately led the regulatory and compliance team overseeing ground-level operations. In her current role at Boeing, she coordinates responses to proposed regulations across departments and industry sectors to influence rules on topics including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and commercial space. Graham also serves as scholarship committee chair for the International Aerospace Women's Association, focusing on supporting the next generation of women in the male-dominated aviation field.
