Kaitlyn, with her Health and Wellness background, truly values personal growth as it goes hand in hand with professional growth. Growing up in upstate NY, being active, outdoorsy, and lakeside was always on the agenda. If she wasn’t kayaking or swimming she was getting ready for the Buffalo Bills football season. As an avid reader and travel enthusiast, Kaitlyn is always hungry for the next adventure, whether it be trying the local cuisine or spending an afternoon in a bookstore coffee shop, you never know what possibilities are around the corner.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
She loves a great quote, whether it be a cheesy one-liner or something inspirational from a public speaker, author, friend, or mentor, it’s what you do with it that matters.
