Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kaitlyn
01What do you attribute your success to?
My willingness to listen. I'm a lifelong learner, and feedback is my favorite form of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I can only pivot and change as much as they're willing to share with me - the more I'm willing to listen to what they're telling me, the nonverbals, the energy, the greater success that I have.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If I could sit across from myself 10 years ago as I started as an EA, I would tell her that it's not about failing, it's about rebounding. How fast can you pivot? How fast can you rebound? How fast can you get back up?
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is big and really booming. The differentiator is not teaching AI to do my job for me, but rather how can I leverage AI so that I can do more in the same 40 hours, to propel me forward but also my executive and their team, and grow and think deeper and differently.
