Kajal Pandey

I am an economics graduate from India who started my professional journey in the non-profit organization working in the social sector, where I handled clients from the government and various private sectors for almost a year. This experience led me to explore corporate strategy, and I moved into email marketing where I got the chance to work with US, UK, Canada, and Australia-based clients. Through this work, I realized that my career sits at the intersection of marketing, brand, and storytelling, which is something I truly love. I decided to pursue my MBA in marketing from India, and I actively document my journey on LinkedIn to connect with students and professionals who can relate to my diverse background. By God's grace, I have touched 4 million impressions and built a family of 16,000 people on LinkedIn. Currently, I work in recruitment process outsourcing where I cater to clients from US, UK, Canada, and Australia on a daily basis. I handle the accounting and tax business vertical, working to fill gaps in their requirements. For example, when a CPA firm has problems with staffing requirements and needs accounting or back-end support, I step in to understand their needs and suggest solutions. So far, I have dealt with around 50 to 100 clients since joining my current organization, and I continue to connect actively with these people through LinkedIn. I have great exposure in B2B, especially on the marketing side, and I'm currently enjoying the process.
