Her Interview
Ten minutes with Kalia
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To never give up, today is temporary- Tomorrow is a new day.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The best advice I can give them is to not look at the glass half empty, but half full.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge, I would say, is being able to accustom to the new rules that are happening and changing within the DUA system. Once they change whatever they do on their side, we have to change how we do certain things our side as well.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I would say an important value that I hold within work and my personal life, is being able to adapt to new things.
