About Kalin
Kalin DiRoma serves as a strategic sales professional at ZoomInfo, a data company based in Phoenix, Arizona, where she has been since February. With 11 to 12 years of experience in tech sales, she previously worked at Salesforce, handling large enterprise accounts, and at Glassdoor during a transformative period. As a Division I collegiate tennis athlete, her background instilled a competitive drive and discipline that she credits for much of her professional success, including multiple President's Club awards at G2 and Glassdoor along with monthly awards at Salesforce. DiRoma is a member of ALTA in Phoenix and maintains an active role in her community by running an Instagram account for the local moms network in North Central Phoenix. She values trust and authenticity in her work, emphasizing transparency when engaging with clients.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Keep my door open to other opportunities and take at least one interview per year. Control the controllable.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try not to be intimidated. It's okay to be nervous and not know every answer. Don't fake it till you make it - be transparent and say you'll get back to them.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
