I’m the Head of Global Marketing at PSG Global Solutions, where I lead all facets of marketing, including brand strategy, demand generation, social media, thought leadership, content development, and public relations. At the core of my career is a passion for building brands and creating marketing functions that drive long-term business impact.

I've been in the staffing and recruiting industry for 17 years and I’ve had the opportunity to work with three large enterprise organizations, helping each strengthen its market presence and build a respected, recognizable brand. I believe successful brand building is a long-term investment and one that requires consistency, patience, and vision, but ultimately creates lasting value for both the organization and its clients.

Prior to entering the staffing industry, I spent five years in the software sector marketing technology products, which gave me a strong foundation in innovation-driven marketing strategies.

What I find most rewarding is the collaborative process of building something meaningful alongside talented colleagues. Especially in today’s rapidly evolving AI landscape, I thrive on bringing together cross-functional teams, diverse perspectives, and creative thinking to develop impactful solutions. I’m deeply motivated by the opportunity to help build organizations, teams, and brands from the ground up, creating work that leaves a lasting legacy.
