About Kamilyn
Kamilyn VanNoy has spent over 25 years in the field of human resources. She currently serves in labor relations with a healthcare firm, a role she assumed after working as a consultant in the same area. In her position, she focuses on building proactive labor relations strategies, conducting research and analysis of workforce data, and partnering with leaders to develop and implement approaches that support associates and meet business objectives. Prior to moving this work in-house, she operated as a 1099 consultant helping organizations navigate unionization and related matters. Kamilyn is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, where she has been active for 10 years, and she contributes her time to missions and shelters supporting women and children. She recently joined the Unplugged Connection networking group based in Atlanta.
