With over two decades of experience across multiple industries and countries, Kamila has built her career on helping leaders and organizations navigate transformation with clarity and purpose. She excels at reaching out to clients to sell products and develop marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, turning opportunities into measurable results.
Her journey began early from selling aromas to shoe stores at age 13 to teaching English at 14 and mentoring peers in mathematics. Kamila earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Business, foundations that shaped her analytical and strategic thinking. Over her career, she has held leadership roles in global organizations, moved 16 times, and embraced expatriate assignments that required adaptability and cultural agility. Each experience reinforced her belief that change is not just something to manage but something to live and lead with intention.
Today Kamila leads Tone Up Business Consulting with a mission to empower leaders and organizations to make people-centered, confident decisions during periods of change. She developed the SPEECH methodology, a practical framework that combines strategic planning with empathetic leadership to foster trust, agility, and sustainable growth. Kamila offers change management workshops, leadership training, consulting, coaching, and keynote speaking, helping clients transform challenges into lasting opportunities. Outside of her professional life, she loves biking and spending time at the beach, finding inspiration and balance in life’s journeys.

What do you attribute your success to?

This alignment fuels my creativity, strengthens my resilience, and motivates me to continuously grow both personally and professionally. What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to talk less and ask more questions. This approach has taught me the value of listening deeply and understanding others’ perspectives before responding. By asking thoughtful questions, I gain insights that foster stronger relationships, uncover opportunities, and lead to better decision-making. It has shaped my communication style, allowing me to be more strategic, empathetic, and effective in both my professional and personal interactions.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never give up and always believe in yourself. The path may have challenges, but perseverance and self-confidence are powerful tools for overcoming obstacles. Trust in your abilities, stay committed to your goals, and embrace every learning opportunity along the way. By believing in yourself, you create the foundation for resilience, growth, and lasting success.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is navigating constant change in a fast-paced environment. While rapid shifts can be demanding, they also create unique opportunities for innovation and growth.
