Kandis Reescano is the Rig Logistics Leader at Tenaris, a global leader in the oil and gas industry, where she oversees service execution operations in the Gulf of America. With nearly 20 years of experience, Kandis has developed extensive expertise in logistics management, materials coordination, customer support, supply chain operations, and process improvement. In her role, she manages casing and material activities while leading a team focused on delivering efficient, high-quality solutions that support customer needs and operational success.
Throughout her career, Kandis has demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement. As the most experienced member of her team, she serves as a mentor and resource by sharing knowledge, building confidence among team members, and fostering collaboration. Her background includes sales support, account management, production planning, and customer relationship management, allowing her to effectively connect business objectives with day-to-day execution. She is passionate about developing people, improving processes, and creating solutions that drive long-term success.
Kandis holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Exercise and Sports Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., which she joined during her undergraduate years. Outside of her professional career, Kandis enjoys spending time on personal interests including solving puzzles, building with Legos, reading, and spending time with dogs. The best career advice Kandis has received is, “The more you know, the more you grow.” She believes that continuous learning, curiosity, and a willingness to expand one’s knowledge are essential for professional growth and long-term success. She also emphasizes the importance of embracing individuality, having confidence in your perspective, and using your voice, recognizing that every person’s ideas and contributions have value.
