I've been coaching for about 3 years, and I am a certified sole purpose and spiritual life coach. My main area of expertise is helping overthinkers move into momentum and action. In my role, I do everything on the back end in running my business, and then I also take client calls, have group sessions, and do a lot of one-to-one coaching. I wear many hats. What led me here was that I've actually been doing hair behind a chair for about 20 years, and I also owned a salon before. After countless conversations with women who were tired, overworked, overwhelmed, and stressed, doing all the things, I really noticed a need for women to be able to express themselves fully and really work through the things that were holding them back, living how they wanted to live and not how they thought they should live. I was looking for a way to give back more, something with a bit more depth. If I'm being honest, my most notable professional achievement is probably the relationships that I build with my clients. I feel like that's the most important thing.
