01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You deserve to be there just as much as anybody else, and just as much as your male counterparts. Finance is a very heavily male-dominated field. There's gonna be a huge wealth transfer coming up, and a lot of the wealth in this country is going to be controlled by women. Research also shows that women would rather have a female financial professional. Don't be intimidated or scared to ask questions, to be in the same room as other people. It's really just being curious, learning, trying new things, proposing things that haven't been done before.
