Karen M Alin

Karen Alin is a seasoned Manager and Principal Project leader at Boston Scientific, a role she has held since 2021. Based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Karen plays a crucial role in leading innovative medical projects that transform patient care worldwide. With her extensive background in financial analysis and project management, she brings a strategic approach to her work at one of the global leaders in medical solutions.
Before joining Boston Scientific, Karen gained significant experience at Cardinal Health, where she served as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2012 to 2019. Additionally, she worked at Compete as an Accountant from 2011 to 2012, sharpening her financial and operational expertise.
Karen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University, and was recognized as a Distinguished Scholar a credential that has supported her comprehensive career in both finance and project management. Outside of work, Karen is actively involved with initiatives related to her nephew's foundation the Nicholas Pacé D'Antilio Foundation. Success often stems from the resilience developed through discovering meaningful purpose in one's work and representation. My motivation is enhanced by aligning my commitment to helping others with employment at an organization dedicated to saving lives, which inspires me to take initiative in learning new skills and consistently go above and beyond in my responsibilities.
