Senior executive leader and organizational transformation specialist with extensive experience in human capital strategy, enterprise governance, intelligence community operations, and workforce resilience. Currently serves as Senior Consultant at HRM Consulting, advising senior executives on organizational transformation, executive positioning, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions integration, and enterprise performance optimization.
Formerly held senior leadership roles within the U.S. Intelligence Community, including key positions at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Office of Personnel Management. Led large-scale initiatives in organizational health, workforce resilience, talent management, IT governance, and enterprise transformation, including development of cross-agency resilience frameworks and enterprise-wide human capital programs.
Recognized for driving mission-critical programs such as organizational health assessment systems, diversity and inclusion strategies, cloud transformation initiatives, and performance management modernization efforts across federal agencies. Served in multiple executive capacities including Chief of Information Technology, Chief of Operations, and Senior Human Resources Liaison Officer, overseeing strategic modernization, governance, and workforce development initiatives.
Holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Instructional Design from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Cincinnati.
