Karen Covy

Karen Covy is an attorney and divorce coach based in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School where she was on Law Review in the top 10 percent of her class, she began her career at a private law firm gaining trial experience for seven years. She then served as chief of the Civil Bureau of the Cook County State's Attorney's Office supervising 100 lawyers before entering private practice. Initially reluctant to handle divorce cases, she ultimately built a practice focused on family law and became a mediator, arbitrator, and practitioner of collaborative divorce.
