01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to build a strong foundation and create opportunities for yourself. Be confident enough to take initiative, pursue your goals with determination, and do what it takes to stand out. Don't allow a male-dominated environment to define your potential or limit your ambitions. If you believe in your ideas, you may achieve success—but if you truly believe in yourself, you'll have the confidence and resilience to accomplish far more.
