01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think the most important advice for all women, regardless of industry, is to know your value, appreciate where you shine and what your skills are. Don't undervalue yourself. The real problem that most women have is they don't know or appreciate how good they really are. They think they're less than their male counterparts. The biggest problem women have is they have no confidence.
