Kariana Haynes

Kariana Haynes serves as Senior Benefits and Leave Administration Specialist at EverBank. She has been with the company for just over three months. Previously, she worked at FIS in the financial services realm, performing the same type of work by handling benefits and leave for the entire population, helping employees manage their leave of absence, supporting them while out, as well as supporting managers, administering benefits, implementation for different vendors, open enrollment, and benefit affairs. Haynes graduated in 2010 from Florida State College at Jacksonville with a degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources. During college she was an NFL cheerleader for five years. She plays in a women's professional football league in the national division and participates in a local Spanish-English community in Jacksonville. In 2015 she was featured in Jacksonville magazine as one of the most beautiful women in Jacksonville.
