Ten minutes with Karina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think more of the hard work is dedication and passions to do the things. When you have that passion for to be good and whatever you are doing I think is that more is the clue for to be good with you and to be good with your with all around your people so it is I think it's really passionate what you're doing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
First think on what exactly they enjoy most. Take a moment to make good decisions. Don't go fast because everything right now is fast and easy. Try to get more advisers from old people and make a good decision when they are going to apply to a job. Not everything is about money. Take your time and be wise.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think I'll be honest with yourself first. Be proactive. And it just be I think the most one is honest because when you're honest with yourself you can be honest with all the things that you have on your in front of you with your family with your job with your co-workers and I think be loyal to yourself.
