About Karina
Karina Soto is a realtor specializing in sales with Keller Williams in Atlanta, Georgia. She registered with the firm in June 2024 after approximately one year working in real estate sales. Originally from Venezuela, she earned a law degree there with a focus on commercial law, banking law, and private equity law. In 2010, she received a scholarship through Fundacion Carolina to complete her Master's in International Legal Practice at IE Business School in Spain. After moving to the United States in 2016, she worked as an independent English-Spanish tutor before beginning as an office administrator at a CPA firm in 2018. She advanced to tax administrator, holding the role for seven years while learning U.S. and Georgia tax compliance. She later spent ten months in sales and business development for an HVAC company, where she helped generate $1.5 million in revenue through vendor connections, contracts, and growth strategies. Karina Soto attributes her success to discipline, consistency with goals, visualization, hard work, punctuality, and structure. She received advice from a college teacher in Venezuela to always be prepared by studying and staying current with events, economics, and surrounding situations. As a bilingual professional, she aims to educate and assist first-time homebuyers, especially immigrants and Hispanic communities, in achieving homeownership.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to discipline, consistency with goals, visualization, working hard, and being on time. Those little rules can make the difference and get you a long way. Structure is also key.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've received is always be prepared. Study, learn, become current with the events and the economics and situations that surround you. Study them and be prepared, because without knowledge, you have no power. It was from a college teacher in Venezuela.
