I attribute my success to over 30 years of hands-on sales experience across multiple industries, including telecommunications, automotive, and wholesale business development. My ability to build strong relationships, remain persistent, and consistently follow up with customers has been key to my performance. I also credit the support of strong organizations like AT&T and my adaptability in serving diverse customer needs, especially within the Spanish-speaking community.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is simple: never give up. This mindset has carried me through different industries, challenges, and career transitions, and it continues to guide how I approach both sales and personal growth.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to never give up and not to judge a book by its cover. In sales and customer service, people and opportunities are not always what they appear to be at first glance. Persistence, openness, and consistency are what lead to long-term success.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is adapting to customers’ schedules, as many people work long or unconventional hours, requiring flexibility in field-based sales roles. At the same time, there is a strong opportunity to grow customer adoption of AT&T Fiber and wireless services, particularly by building trust and effectively serving diverse and bilingual communities.

The most important values to me are honesty, perseverance, dedication, and treating people with fairness and without judgment. I believe success in both work and life comes from consistency, integrity, and the ability to build genuine trust with others.
