Karine Ford brings more than 25 years of expertise in retail management to her role at Bash Pro Shop. Her daily responsibilities include ensuring products reach the sales floor promptly, guiding sales associates to meet goals, executing planograms accurately, and maintaining strong inventory control and SKU integrity, often working behind the scenes after hours with her team. She takes pride in her ability to train associates who have advanced into management and supervisor positions. Ford earned her education in accounting with computer applications and credits her professional success to the guidance of strong leaders who modeled excellent work ethics. She emphasizes the importance of knowing one's worth, striving for continuous improvement through performance and strategy, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance while treating team members with the utmost respect.

I attribute my success to having good leaders and people who gave me my work ethics for me to take after.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Know your worth. Never just settle, always strive for performance and strategy to be that better person.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Whatever you decide to do, make sure you put your best foot forward.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I haven't had too many challenges in my field right now. I've had opportunities to step back into full-time management but I chose not to because I like what I'm doing behind the scenes, making sure my team does the best.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Making sure you have that work-life balance. Treat your employees like you want to be treated, with the most respect, and you get it back in return.
