01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to determination and passion, having desires to travel and work with people, educating myself by asking questions, and receiving encouragement from customers I've met.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be yourself, don't try to be something else to please others. Be confident in who you are, walk with your head up, smile, and know you're the most beautiful and influential person in the room. Don't compare yourself to other women because we all bring something to the table.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The character of a person is most important, being considerate, having joy despite small things, treating people with kindness and empathy, and making sure everybody feels welcome.
