I attribute my success primarily to my own dedication and perseverance, with special recognition to my sister, who pushed and mentored me throughout my career. Another shoutout to my husband who has always supported me in all my decisions and helped me with managing the house while I focus on my career.

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my sister, who encouraged me to pursue my studies, seize opportunities, and develop strong communication skills. She has been a guiding mentor throughout my journey.v

I would advise young women entering this industry to always keep in mind the purpose of their work: you are helping to save lives. Let that responsibility and the impact you can make guide your career choices and drive your efforts every day.

A key challenge in my field right now is ensuring that production and entry-level staff fully understand the critical importance of quality and the real-world impact of their work.
