Karla Campos

Karla Campos works in operations business management at CBRE, where she has been employed for nearly one year. In her role, she oversees the Ernst and Young San Jose office, managing a small team of five responsible for day-to-day office services, event space management, and ensuring the facility runs properly. She serves as the liaison between the client and property management to maintain efficient business continuity. Campos recently inherited additional sites in VP and San Mateo. She previously held roles at Cushman and Wakefield, the Sierra Club nonprofit, and Sparks. Campos earned her Facilities Management Professional Certification last year and is a member of the International Facilities Management Association San Francisco chapter. She holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology from the University of California Berkeley, where she graduated in 2013. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Santa Clara University Levy School of Business, with an expected graduation in March 2028, and plans to focus on data analytics to support her goal of advancing to a C-suite position such as head of operations.
