She is a human resources leader with experience in hospitality HR, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and luxury hotel operations. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources at BRIDGETON in Miami. Previously, she held HR leadership roles with Zachry Hotels, Highgate, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, and HEI Hotels & Resorts, supporting major hotel and resort properties in Miami, Miami Beach, and San Antonio. She holds a Human Resources Management certification from Florida International University and is a Predictive Index Certified Talent Optimizer.
