My advice to young women entering this industry is to never be intimidated by numbers or data, and to not let the fact that it is largely male-dominated hold you back. Confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn will allow you to thrive and make a meaningful impact. Embrace challenges as opportunities to grow, and trust that your skills and perspective are valuable in shaping the field.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is keeping up with the constant changes in policies and regulations. While this can be demanding, it also presents an opportunity to stay adaptable, continuously learn, and proactively develop solutions that address emerging needs. Staying informed and flexible allows me to navigate these shifts effectively and maintain a positive impact in my work.
