Karley Hatter

Carly Hatter serves as creative director at Masterworks, an advertising agency with over 40 years in the industry. She joined four years ago to help build Infinite Media, the paid media arm of the company, transitioning it from a full-service agency model to a house of brands. In her role, she sits on the leadership team, helps grow the business, builds creative systems, develops the team, and leads brand positioning efforts for clients by guiding them through exercises to define their big brand ideas. Prior to Masterworks, she earned a business undergraduate degree with a concentration in marketing, worked in agencies and the nonprofit space, and operated her own consulting business in California for several years, providing digital audits and strategic recommendations on websites, social media, and email to purpose-driven organizations. She also holds a master's degree in theology from Muller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, which has informed her approach to understanding how people connect with brands.
