About Karlie
Karlie Hill is the Player Engagement and Family Relations Fellow with the Cleveland Guardians. She manages community involvement for players and coaches by identifying their interests and partnering with local organizations. Hill also organizes hospitality events for families and serves as a primary contact for needs such as medical recommendations and travel arrangements. She entered the field in 2020 through a college athletic department and has held her current full-time position since 2024. Prior experience includes overseeing student workers at the University of Minnesota and coaching softball at her former high school for two years. Hill credits mentors Brady Baresch and Bryce Riege for opportunities at a Division I program and values support from her current supervisor Jared Jones. She maintains involvement with causes including the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, the Cleveland food bank, and the Cleveland Animal Protective League, and was previously a member of Wise Women in Sports and Entertainment.
