Karmin R. With over 39 years of experience in healthcare and social work, including nearly three decades of service in the U.S. Army Medical Department, Karmin has transitioned her expertise into empowering professional women of color.
Through her company, INR’ Healing For Abundant Living, Inc., she provides multi dimensional transformation strategies that help women build self-confidence, deepen relationships, and achieve life satisfaction and clarity as they navigate various phases of life. As a Christian leader, author, and neurogenic thought leader, Karmin blends faith-based principles with cutting-edge coaching techniques. She is certified in multiple coaching methodologies, including Encounter Life Coaching and Visionary Life Coaching, and focuses on generational healing, communication, and leadership development.
Passionate about healing mother-daughter relationships and supporting women veterans, Karmin’s approach is holistic, addressing internal healing and external empowerment. Her public speaking and leadership training further amplify her mission to help women lead authentically and live abundantly. Comparison, and Credibility. There are so many Life Coaches, that I had to position myself to be set apart professionally with credentials.
