Karoline Kenville

A behavioral health and applied behavior analysis leader with experience spanning clinical leadership, higher education, ethics, and research. Currently serving as Director of Behavioral Health at Straith Hospital, she leads strategic planning, policy development, training, and interdisciplinary care initiatives within the behavioral health unit. Alongside her clinical leadership, she teaches as an adjunct professor at multiple universities and brings deep expertise in behavior intervention, ethics, severe behavior support, and applied research.
