The best career advice I’ve ever received was from my husband: focus on doing the right behaviors and the results and numbers will follow.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this industry to focus on building genuine relationships with clients, stay visible, and be patient—consistent, intentional behaviors are what ultimately earn trust, customers, and long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the field is helping clients see the value and necessity of the solution, especially when they’re facing budget constraints or believe they can operate without it.
