I am an insurance and claims management professional with extensive experience in claims resolution, risk assessment, and team leadership. I currently serve as Claims Team Manager and Claims Adjuster at Global Claims Services, where I oversee claims handling processes and support efficient case resolution. Previously, I worked as a Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett and as a Senior Claims Representative at Amerisure Insurance, managing complex insurance claims and client relations. I also spent over five years at FCCI Insurance Group in roles including Claims Adjuster and Document Services Representative. Earlier in my career, I worked with The Dow Chemical Company in contract management, gaining experience with documentation, project coordination, and business operations. I hold an MBA from Northwood University’s DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northwood University.
