Kasi Sierra is a Regional Account Manager at DavidsonTeal, where she leads strategic fuel, transportation, construction, and environmental initiatives for retailers, fleets, and energy companies across her region. Known for her precision, responsiveness, and unwavering integrity, Kasi manages complex, multi-sector accounts with a steady focus on operational excellence, risk mitigation, and long-term partnership building. Her ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution has made her a trusted leader among clients and colleagues alike.

What sets Kasi apart, however, is not only her professional impact—but the depth of resilience and heart behind it.

A cancer survivor, Kasi’s journey through illness fundamentally reshaped her definition of success. After 24 years as a highly successful entrepreneur in the medical field, she made the courageous decision to step away from a business she built from the ground up in order to pursue a life of greater balance, purpose, and alignment. Rather than slowing her down, survival sharpened her focus. It taught her discipline under pressure, clarity in decision-making, and the quiet strength required to lead when the stakes are real.

Drawn to the energy sector by her grandfather’s enduring legacy and a lifelong respect for the industry, Kasi entered oil and gas with determination—and rose quickly. In a male-dominated field, she has earned her seat through consistency, preparation, and results, advancing into leadership in a remarkably short time. She leads without noise, commands respect without force, and delivers without excuses.

Equally important to Kasi is her commitment to lifting other women. She actively mentors and supports women navigating demanding industries, modeling what is possible when strength and compassion coexist. Through her involvement with organizations such as Women in Energy, Oilfield Helping Hands, and an Equestrian therapeutic riding center that aids in therapy for special needs children. Kasi advocates not just for professional advancement, but for resilience, self-trust, and staying power.

Kasi holds a Bachelor of Theological Science and Psychology from Colorado Christian University. She is widely recognized for her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and customer-first approach—but those who know her best understand the truth: her greatest accomplishment is not a title or an award. It is the life she rebuilt, the women she strengthens, and the steady, unshakeable presence she brings into every room she enters.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is to stay true to yourself and trust your instincts. There are many paths to success, but it is essential not to compromise your values along the way. Focus on earning your achievements through hard work, consistency, and integrity, and be cautious of shortcuts or “fast-track” options that may undermine your long-term credibility and growth.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating and advancing within a traditionally male-dominated industry. While progress has been made, there remains a need to continually demonstrate expertise, assert leadership, and advocate for equitable opportunities. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change by fostering inclusion, mentoring others, and helping shape a more diverse and balanced professional environment.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, loyalty, and building up others. I strive to conduct myself with honesty and strong ethical principles, remain steadfast and dependable in my commitments, and intentionally support, encourage, and empower those around me to grow and succeed.
