Her Story
About Kasie
I began speaking informally over ten years ago but officially launched a ministry in May of 2025. At Things Hoped For Ministries, I encourage women to choose faith no matter their circumstances. I am not a stranger to struggle, having lived with multiple chronic illnesses, cancer and multiple losses. In 2021, I was pregnant with twins, but one of them did not survive. Her genetic material became a precancerous tumor that made continuing the pregnancy dangerous. There was only a 50% chance the second twin would survive and there was a 30-45% chance that I could lose my life. Taking one day at a time, I made the conscious decision to choose faith. Now, I am blessed to travel and share our story of God's faithfulness.
My favorite verse to share is Hebrews 13:5b: "because God has said, 'Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.'"
In addition to my speaking ministry, I am a Multi-Unit Manager in the tax world and serve on the board of two other non-profit: Sunset Ministries as Vice President and The Word Plus as Secretary. My favorite "job" is being a full-time stay-at-home mom to my two little ones!

Ten minutes with Kasie
01What do you attribute your success to?
Most importantly, I attribute my success to my faith. In 100 years, no one will know my name, but I want them all to know the name of Jesus and how much He loves them.
In addition to my faith, I would say that any success goes back to my support system. My mom passed away a couple years ago, but she was the most beautiful follower of Jesus. She helped me to see people for who they are and never look away - even when it gets messy. My dad has such a servant's heart to serve and minister. I was blessed to grow up watching that mix of ministry and hard work together. My husband is my biggest supporter - always there to cheer me on or pick me up. He is the biggest answer to prayer in my life. I also have a wonderful family and incredible friends that always have my back. Overall, I just have a really wonderful support system, and I could not be more thankful.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You are going to doubt yourself. I know I still do, even years into ministry. Then I read Scripture and see how He uses flawed people to bring Him glory. I remind myself that He gave me a story to share; I simply have to be obedient. If God is calling you to minister to other women, be obedient. Trust that He will open and close doors in His timing.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is at the top of my list. I am not innately - in and of myself - good enough, and that's why Jesus died for me. He paid that debt for me.
God created me to be real, vulnerable and humble. By being willing to show up as the flawed, always learning, trying-to-be-more-like-Jesus woman that I am, I have the privilege of helping women choose faith no matter how messy their circumstances may be.
