I attribute my success to my commitment to providing for my daughter and setting a strong, positive example for her. The unwavering support of my family has been a constant source of encouragement, motivating me to persevere through challenges. I am a dedicated hard worker who believes in setting clear goals and remaining focused and disciplined in achieving them, which has allowed me to continue growing both personally and professionally.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always remember that you are dealing with someone’s special day. This perspective instilled in me the importance of empathy, patience, and attention to detail in every interaction, reminding me that professionalism is not just about skill, but about treating each person with care, respect, and genuine understanding.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace both experimentation and failure as part of the learning process. Don’t be afraid to try new techniques, make mistakes, and learn from them. Start small go to a thrift store, buy dresses, and use them to practice your skills. The key is to keep practicing consistently; dedication and repetition are what truly build expertise and confidence.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges and at the same time, opportunities in my field right now is balancing client load. Managing multiple clients effectively requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize without sacrificing quality. At the same time, this challenge presents an opportunity to refine processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality results even under pressure.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith and family. Faith guides my decisions, provides resilience during challenges, and keeps me grounded, while family is my source of support, inspiration, and purpose.
