Kat Yu Huber

She is an accomplished call center operations and client services leader with over a decade of experience in global operations, workforce management, and client relationship management, currently serving as Senior Supervisor at Cubic Transportation Systems, where she reports directly to the Director for Global Call Center Operations for North America, managing responsibilities for Team Leaders, Senior CSRs, and CSRs across multiple programs. She has led new hire training and facilitation, workforce forecasting and scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives, and has taken a lead role in executing Customer Service Week for 2022–2025. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Manager at ADP, Program Management and Client Services at Convergys, Service Partner Manager at Clearwire, and Account Manager at Teleperformance.
