Kate Bailey

Kate Bailey is a senior marketing leader in the software industry with 15 years of experience. She has spent the past 10 years at Workday, where she currently serves as Senior Director of Marketing and global marketing strategy lead for Medium Enterprise. In this role, she works closely with the product team to understand the roadmap and growth goals, and collaborates across marketing and sales to build programs that provide customers and prospects with the best view of Workday. Previously at Workday, she started in an individual contributor field marketing role and advanced into management, leading teams across industries including financial services, healthcare, and SLED. Before joining Workday, she spent about 5 years at SAP, beginning in partner marketing and moving into field marketing, where she developed an interest in pipeline development and demand planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Westchester University, which she earned in 2009.
