Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute much of my success to my mother’s relentless support and encouragement. From an early age, she instilled in me the importance of education and pushed me to pursue advanced opportunities, even when they felt challenging. Her belief in my potential gave me the confidence to keep striving and to embrace every step of my academic and professional journey.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always have confidence in your voice and your ideas. Even when you may feel uncertain, speaking up and contributing your perspective is incredibly important—not only for your own growth but also for driving innovation in the field. Surround yourself with mentors and peers who encourage and challenge you, and don’t be afraid to step into spaces that feel uncomfortable, because that’s often where the greatest opportunities lie.
