About Kate
Kate Copenhagen serves as a Strategic Account Executive at Frontline Education, where she supports K-12 school districts across Missouri, Iowa, and Kansas with HR software solutions designed to streamline operations from hire to retire. Drawing on her experience as a teacher certified in English for grades 5 through 12, she helps districts implement efficient processes that alleviate administrative burdens on central office staff, allowing more focus on students and classrooms. She earned her master's in school administration and specialist in superintendency from Northwest Missouri State University, completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Missouri, and maintains involvement with organizations such as the Association of School Personnel Administrators.
