Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to genuinely enjoying the work I do and the people I work with, which keeps me motivated and engaged. I’ve intentionally chosen to build a long-term career with companies and industries I’m passionate about, rather than moving frequently, because I value depth, growth, and shared success over time. Being able to align my work with areas I truly care about—such as kids and family, sports, and entertainment—has allowed me to stay authentic, committed, and consistently driven in my career.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that in sales, your personal brand and network are just as important as the company you work for. While roles and organizations may change, the relationships you build stay with you and continue to grow over time, often becoming even more valuable throughout your career. I’ve learned to be intentional about how I show up with others, because reputation and professionalism carry forward in ways you don’t always immediately see. That perspective has shaped how I work, reinforced the importance of integrity in every interaction, and helped me build a strong, trusted network.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to build a strong support system early—find mentors and trusted colleagues you can lean on for honest guidance. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or learn from others’ experiences, especially when navigating the ups and downs that come with sales and early career growth. I’ve benefited greatly from great mentorship, and I try to pay that forward, because having the right people to guide and support you can make a meaningful difference when opportunities arise.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is the shift in workplace culture after COVID, particularly the loss of in-person collaboration and early professional development that comes from working in an office. Many new professionals started remotely, which has impacted foundational skills like communication, presence, and workplace etiquette. At the same time, this creates an opportunity to intentionally rebuild culture by blending flexibility with stronger mentorship, structure, and professional standards that support long-term growth.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and transparency are the values I prioritize most in both my work and personal life. I believe success is built on integrity—being able to stand behind your word and communicate openly with clients and colleagues. It’s important to me to be reliable and consistent, because overpromising without delivery can quickly damage trust. Honesty, integrity, and loyalty may sound simple, but they are the principles I rely on most in how I work and how I build relationships.
